I need something to support my shoulder during rugby games.? - rugby shoulder support

Hi, has everything from the shoulder in April, because I had dislocated my shoulder 5 times viewed. I want to play rugby, but I think I need support will drag the field to ... Your use of physiotherapy on the tape before I gor the surgery, but his hard work, just to see him before the game and did not speak almost every time I cry because it hurts so much to preserve the seal ... . Is there another solution or maybe even a way to save my shoulder me, so smooth? I really need to play again soon:)

I do not know exactly the answer you want here, but unfortunately, you really back to fitness before you want the full contact details and the shoulder, can be hidden in games. There are things that help you, but it must be like Johnny Wilkinson and shoulder injuries, back and almost ruined his career. I work with strength and conditioning coaches and physiotherapists all the time. I know that this is the advice we can give. If the pain is too much to take the tape after the game, so I can not imagine how it would be like when you are in an entry. Wait until you can feel at ease, and therefore supports the use of the shoulder, online or somewhere like JJB Sports. If the shoulder is dislocated 5-times the additional aid that can help you.

I know this is not that what your partner wants to hear, but I'm just trying | = Help
See you

There are shoulder braces / brackets, which must fit on a T-shirt. I suggest you go online and look around to know if a conversation with a doctor and trainer, what type to get. It is essentially a short-arm, lays around the body and makes sure to keep the arm in position (you can move, but it may still) take getting used to.
As a side note, you need to know what can and what not to do with the shoulder. For example, my team-mates had to take and protect it with a completely different style, much to his shoulder. She had also raise us differently. And then he has never had surgery and rotator cuff was divided almost the whole journey.

but the team only if you have a therapist on the tape you. Tapeing is best for Rugby provides great support and price. If they will not be his injury, that it would be very bad, consult a sports doctor and get approptiate the key / support.

"I am happy about every time because it hurts so much to get the seal," really cry?
And in fact, play rugby?

You do not need a physiotherapist for the band to just anyone what to do to show.
But seriously, if the film takes you to tears, rugby is not the sport for you.
