I use with my alarm clock in case of power failure. My radio alarm clock is only a few watts. Does a UPS for the work on the backup computer with a clock radio?

A clock radio, is so little that they can work. Keep costs down, it's cheaper, something that works, if 10% is the maximum capacity to build on 1%. If you badly UPS is not quite possible, the tension, or even to regulate as little of a burden. Explore the purchase of a UPS and that the job is not for you is an expensive way the limits of the operation.
I would propose a new clock radio that a connection error has battery. They may even be able to find one that has the power failure to charge a battery. It would be much cheaper than experimenting with UPS.
